Cherokee County Jail is a 738-beds regional correctional facility in Columbus, Kansas. It houses about 642 inmates under the supervision of over 130 staff members. The Cherokee County Jail is operated by Cherokee County Sherriff, Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal U.S. Marshal, among other major agencies.
