Vinelink Service for Kentucky State: 

Vinelink is a free, online service that provides victims and concerned citizens with information on the custody status of offenders in Kentucky. The service allows you to register to receive notifications by phone, email, or text message when an offender's custody status changes. To use Vinelink in Kentucky, follow these steps: 

1. Go to the Vinelink website. 
2. Select "Kentucky" from the list of states. 
3. Enter the offender's name or offender ID number. 
4. Select the appropriate search criteria. 
5. Review the search results and register for notifications. 

Searching for Kentucky Federal Prisoners: 

To search for Kentucky federal prisoners, you can use the Federal Bureau of Prisons' online inmate locator tool. This tool allows you to search for inmates in federal facilities across the country, including those located in Kentucky. To use the inmate locator tool, follow these steps: 

1. Go to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website. 
2. Click on the "Inmate Locator" link  
3. Enter the inmate's name, BOP register number, or DCDC number in the search fields.

To search for Kentucky county jail inmates, you can visit the website of the county sheriff's department where the jail is located. Many county sheriff's departments have online inmate search tools that allow you to search for inmates by name or booking date.
