Catron County Detention Center is a 753-beds regional correctional facility in Reserve, New Mexico. It houses about 609 inmates under the supervision of over 125 staff members. The Catron County Detention Center is operated by Catron County Sherriff, Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal U.S. Marshal, among other major agencies. Consequently, in addition to housing local offenders, the Catron County Detention Center holds more than 479 federal inmates daily. The largest population of inmates here are men, with just 16% of them being women.
