Brown County Detention Center is a 710-beds regional correctional facility in Georgetown, Ohio. It houses about 660 inmates under the supervision of over 172 staff members. The Brown County Detention Center is operated by Brown County Sherriff, Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal U.S. Marshal, among other major agencies. Consequently, in addition to housing local offenders, the Brown County Detention Center holds more than 517 federal inmates daily.
