Polk County Jail is a 716-beds regional correctional facility in Dallas, Oregon. It houses about 680 inmates under the supervision of over 177 staff members. The Polk County Jail is operated by Polk County Sherriff, Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal U.S. Marshal, among other major agencies. Consequently, in addition to housing local offenders, the Polk County Jail holds more than 468 federal inmates daily. The largest population of inmates here are men, with just 17% of them being women.
