Marion County Jail is a 732-beds regional correctional facility in East Marion, Ohio. It houses about 683 inmates under the supervision of over 122 staff members. The Marion County Jail is operated by Marion County Sherriff, Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal U.S. Marshal, among other major agencies. Consequently, in addition to housing local offenders, the Marion County Jail holds more than 548 federal inmates daily.
