Miami County Jail is a 702-beds regional correctional facility in Troy, Ohio. It houses about 667 inmates under the supervision of over 131 staff members. The Miami County Jail is operated by Miami County Sherriff, Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal U.S. Marshal, among other major agencies. Consequently, in addition to housing local offenders, the Miami County Jail holds more than 460 federal inmates daily. The largest population of inmates here are men, with just 17% of them being women.
