Delaware County Jail is a 775-beds regional correctional facility in Jay, Oklahoma. It houses about 681 inmates under the supervision of over 135 staff members. The Delaware County Jail is operated by Delaware County Sherriff, Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal U.S. Marshal, among other major agencies. Consequently, in addition to housing local offenders, the Delaware County Jail holds more than 494 federal inmates daily.
