Marshall County Jail is a 762-beds regional correctional facility in Britton, South Dakota. It houses about 660 inmates under the supervision of over 153 staff members. The Marshall County Jail is operated by Marshall County Sherriff, Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal U.S. Marshal, among other major agencies. Consequently, in addition to housing local offenders, the Marshall County Jail holds more than 550 federal inmates daily.
